I could say that the life you desire is on the other side of trauma healing, but that would be an unethical marketing tactic and frankly, untrue. I don’t believe the healing journey has an ending, I don’t believe we can or even need to ‘heal it all’. I believe the journey of healing is an approach to life. So what I will say, is that the life you desire is one that is nervous system lead and one that approaches and works with your unprocessed trauma. It is this approach towards yourself that creates a new way of living that allows you to be the leader of your life.

This journey will look different for everyone as I map the process based on the communication delivered through your embodied experience. We move at your pace & your pace only.
2 hour welcome session & intention setting
Before our first call, I will send you a welcome exploration package which contains a short embodiment practice & detailed intake form.
3 x 75 minute monthly sessions with 1 week integration per month
These sessions will include nervous system mapping and various somatic modalities such as breathwork, conscious movement, somatic inquiry, somatic practices and awareness training. The session may include one or all of these, depending on what you arrive with in that very moment.
Personalised home explorations & embodiment plan VIA online portal
You will receive access to your own personal online portal where explorations and practices will be uploaded to support your journey.
Trauma & nervous system education & practices
I believe that by becoming trauma informed and educated around the physiology of our nervous system, we can discover how to manage, soothe & regulate ourselves effectively.

SOMATIC SESSIONS
A series of sessions to explore and connect with your body’s intelligence through bringing conscious awareness to felt sensations so you can process past trauma and make space for the innate healing mechanisms to come online and guide your body into what it needs to do to move through the emotional, psychological and physical challenges you may be experiencing.
You desire a deeper sense of connection to your own inner compass and internal guidance - one where you are more trusting in your decisions and choices.
You want to increase your feeling of aliveness and vitality.
You want to feel a deeper love and appreciation for your body - one that is free from shame.
You’d like to find freedom from repeating patterns and conditioned ways of thinking and living.
You’re not in a position to commit to 3 or 6 months together.

Each session begins with setting an intention. Some examples of intentions are; Wanting to experience more confidence, freedom from anxiety, wanting more sex, to be able to say what you really mean & feel, making a decision around leaving a job, creating more time for yourself or to feel less stress. The intention can be anything that you need it to be and we allow the body to unfold and reveal what we need to acknowledge and work with in order to move beyond some of the barriers you may be facing.
I predominantly use a modality called Focalizing within these sessions
Focalizing is a somatic healing approach that works with the innate intelligence of the body to support you in transforming your life in a way that feels nourishing. The body is constantly communicating through signals and sensations - often, we ignore and distract ourselves from feeling and experiencing this communication. What we often do not realise is that these signals are a roadmap to our healing. When given the space and time, through conscious awareness of tending to the body, these signals guide us into experiencing the awakening of the bodies healing capabilities which supports the body in being able to release stored trauma, the stories held within the body, the emotions that have been suppressed and the tension of many years of anxiety.
This is a hugely empowering process as it allows you to connect deeply to your body, listen with compassion, find inner strength, hold complex emotions and find a pathway to moving forward.

The 121 personal programme is between £2888 - £5332. You can pay in full or in instalments.
The somatic sessions is £900 for 6 sessions over 7 weeks.

My love, I feel that you already know that this may be one of the very reasons that you need and want to engage in this work - to give time to you. I create every programme specifically for that person, so there will be as much or as little as you need in there. We take a look at your schedule and create something that is manageable for you to engage in.

You will learn about the workings of your nervous system and how that can empower how you move through life. Somatic comes from the Greek word Soma, which means ‘of the body’ or ‘the living body’. So, through inquiring into the soma (the living body) we are able to explore what exists within us.
Including the relationship between our bodies and the world we live in and how we inhabit and exist in both. We can uncover information around our habits, self belief, self image, decisions we make, behaviours we engage in and our neurological patterning. Somatic exploration offers us a space to come into our embodiment with curiosity, to sense, feel and be with what arises within us moment to moment.

In the 121 personal programme we will meet every fortnight for 90 mins (2 hours for opening and closing session). You also have access to me Monday - Thursday between 10a - 4pm. For the 121 somatic exploration session we meet for 90 minutes and you also have email support from me for 2 weeks following. For the somatic sessions we have 6 x 90 mins together.

I don’t work with anyone who I feel I can’t support - that is not my jam and I will let you know that on our first point of connection. The work that I offer works. However, it is your sole responsibility to engage with and do the work. I know that that's where so many people find it challenging - and that’s also why I place a lot of focus on tending to your response-ability and your holding space for yourself. When you learn how to hold space for yourself and all that’s present you begin to be able to engage with and continue with those things that really provide you with support.
