WEEK 10:
A MOMENT TO PAUSE & CHECK IN
Are your maps lost in the depths of your journal or are they somewhere that you can see them everyday?
It’s time to put everything we’ve been doing so far into practice.
Spend some time asking yourself …
Am I regularly checking in with what autonomic nervous system state I am in?
Am I noticing when I’m triggered and when my survival state is shifting?
Am I turning towards my resources and using my resource map when I’m in a survival response?
When I can’t think of what resources me am I pulling out my map and looking at all of the things I wrote down when I was in a regulated and connected state?
Is there a certain state / certain experience that I find hard to find resource?
