Food will be a resource until it no longer needs to be a resource...

Food has been support to your system when there was no other support to turn towards.

Food offered your nervous system an opportunity to soothe, settle and regulate.

And it will remain your main, trusted and familiar resource until you find and connect to new resources that exist all around you…

One thing that was a consistent and fundamental resource for me and my healing of body shame & binge eating, was the support that I received from my somatic therapist.
